Start with a free 15-minute call. We'll discuss your child's reading needs and goals, answer your questions, and determine if our approach is the right fit for your family.
Step 2: Assessment
We don't guess. We start with a comprehensive fluency evaluation to benchmark your child against national norms. You receive a detailed report showing exactly where the gaps are. (Fee credited toward any treatment package).
Step 3: Personalized Learning Sessions
Based on the data, we prescribe a structured 25 or 50-session package designed to close the gap and build lifelong fluency.
Step 4: Progress Monitoring
Parents receive regular performance summaries. You'll always know exactly how your child is progressing.

How is this different from tutoring?
Standard tutoring typically focuses on homework help and practicing what's already taught in class. We do not follow your childs school curriculum, instead we identify your childs specific skill gaps, and provide systematic, evidence-based reading intervention to build those skills to fluency. Every session is tracked with data, so you see clear, measurable learning.
Can I use Autism Funding?
Yes. Our services are eligible for BC Autism Funding. We work with families to ensure our reading intervention services can be covered through Autism Funding, making evidence-based instruction accessible to families across BC.
What does an assessment involve?
The assessment is a stand alone diagnostic session that takes approximately 60-90 minutes. We'll evaluate your child's current reading skills across multiple areas to identify specific gaps and create a targeted intervention plan. You'll receive a clear summary of these performance metrics. If you decide to go ahead with intervention, the cost of the assessment will go towards the cost of the intervention.
How long will it take for my child to make progress?
Progress varies based on individual needs, but most families see measurable improvements within the first month of intervention. We track progress every session and provide data summaries at the half way mark, and at the end of services, so you'll always know exactly how your child is improving. Our data-driven approach ensures we're targeting the right skills at the right pace for maximum efficiency.
Do you offer in-home sessions?
Yes! We offer in-home sessions exclusively for families in North and West Vancouver. For families outside this area, our High-Fidelity Virtual Coaching program allows us to support students anywhere.
